Part of the map is located in a residential area with private houses, old five-story buildings, streets, and courtyards. The other part is located in the territory of the abandoned Reinforced Concrete Products Plant No. 1.
The map is separated in two sectors by a high railway embankment with main tracks connecting the factory port with the KZhBI-1 and KZhBI-2 facilities. The production side is surrounded by the port, a bulk material elevator, and related industrial buildings. From the residential areas, the newer districts of Mirodolsk and, far on the horizon, the dam “Titan” are visible.
